Sunrise Montessori School has served children in the Franklin area and surrounding towns since 2005 with Preschool,
pre-K transitional and Kindergarten programs.  We seek enthusiastic teachers who bring several years of classroom

experience with them, and who are willing to learn new things as well as share knowledge with colleagues.

If you are an early childhood professional with Massachusetts EEC certification, with or without Montessori training, we'd love to hear from you.


​​Assistant Teacher, 32.5 hours per week, 8:00am to 2:30pm, working under the supervision of the Head Montessori teacher.

Afternoon Extended Day Assistant Teacher, 17.5 hours per week, 2:00pm to 5:30pm,

working under the supervision of the Head of School.

Applicants must have 1 to 3 years of experience working in an Early Childhood classroom, have earned a minimum of an

Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or have CDA credentials.  Applicants must possess EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher certification.  Prior experience in a Montessori classroom is a plus, but not required.


Compensation is commensurate with experience, degree and certification level.  Benefits include paid sick days,

paid personal days, paid Federal holidays, discount for employee’s enrolled child/ren.
